Holy Carp! 3 Year Old Chinese Boy Falls From 3rd Floor, Hits Car, Uninjured!

That was 18 years ago, my brother was having some friends over. We had an art studio in a single room on the roof of a seven story building, so we were actually on the 8th floor.
I wasn't aware, but one of his friends, high on glue apperantly decided that he can fly. People later told me that he simply jumped from the roof.
He went through a glass right bellow, on the sevent floor and then landed under my bedroom window (we used to leave on the first floor) on packed dirt.
He survived with a little lung Injury, that's it!
He was up and about next month and shortly after started taking heroin...

That's truly a crazy/sad story! Did the fall lead to his heroin abuse or did it begin as a catalyst to relieve the pain he must have endured afterwards?

Sadly, I'm not sure what lead to the heroin. I know that the police refused to believe that he had fallen from the eight floor. We also hid the fact that he was high on glue, because of fear. They did drug tests, but were unable to detect the glue...so they were very suspicious, but couldn't find anything.
I believe that he survived BECAUSE he was so high on glue. His body was probably extremely relaxed and was able to land without any serous injury.
This is one of the scariest nights of my life....
Poor boy, I do hope that he has survived the heroin as well.
I know that we were all actually very upset with him when we learned he was on heroin :(
