Have any of you ever used diatomaceous earth? Did it help in any way?
I've read a few things about people adding diatomaceous earth as a health supplement. Food grade of course.

Wondering if anyone here has ever used this.

What were the beneficial effects? Any nasty, unpredicted downside to it?

How much and how often did you take it?

Finally, how long did it take for the benefits to show up?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Have any of you ever used diatomaceous earth? Did it help in any way?
I started taking some two weeks ago. Noticed benefits in two days, IE: cut down on morning stomach acid, removed mucus (the ehm cough to clear your throat), I feel healthier like in a better mood, but that could be psychosomatic...? I think I'm going to make a face mask with it today, maybe a hair mask too.

It does not taste bad to me, like chalk but not too chalky. I use a tablespoon a day in water or apple juice.

I highly recommend it Thulsa.

ETA: I didn't have any side effects or 'downside'

I used DE to rid my cats and dogs from fleas when nothing else seemed to work.

Food grade of course, in case they ingest it. And I was careful to keep from getting it in their lungs.

Worked quite well. Doesn't kill the eggs and larvae, though, but helps to break the life cycle.

(I still wonder if TPTB deliberately dropped Uber-resistant fleas along with their chemtrails last year. Seems like there has been a huge uptick in other resistant scourges - roaches, scabies, bed bugs, lice.........)

diatomaceous earth is a roach killer, is tiny sharp edges cut the exoskeletons of roachs, ants and the like, do you really think this is something you should be ingesting?

They feed it to animals. Doesn't hurt them at all. You can even use it in flour to make sure no insects hatch.

Re: Have any of you ever used diatomaceous earth? Did it help in any way?
Almost 4 weeks in and finally worked up to a full dosing schedule, tablespoon morning and evening.

For me I noticed results within a week or so in my skin, suddenly very soft and not dry which is unheard of for me in the winter months.

I initially started taking it for my stomach, which after too many surgeries on my intestines, (coupled with c-scans, toxic contrasts and barium) had been very bad for a long time. Stomach is feeling better than it has in years.

Seems I have more energy and my brain is a little clearer. I plan to do 90 days and take a break.

I recommend it.

used it in older swimming pool filter.

The stuff kind of looked nice. I wore a little mask to not breathe it in. DE protects from insects, as many have said.

I have not tried ingesting it. My body reacts way too crazy to anything.

but unless you are Gregor Samsa, I think it would not hurt you!

It helps with fire ants if you put it out during a few days of dry weather. I've used it for two years along with regular fire ant pesticide.

It is safe to ingest OP, I use it myself and never had a problem. Yes it has sharp edges which kills any parasites you or your pets might have ingested.

Works great for heartburn. 1 table spoon into a bit of water.

Re: Have any of you ever used diatomaceous earth? Did it help in any way?
I use diatomaceous earth for my digestive tract. It keeps me regular.

Digestive Aid

As Diatomaceous Earth moves through the stomach and digestive tract, it attracts and absorbs bacteria, fungi, protozoa, viruses, endotoxins, pesticide and drug residues, E-Coli, and heavy metals. These toxins are trapped and passed out of the body. In addition, any larger parasites that happen to be in the stomach of digestive tract are “cut up” and killed by the sharp edges of the DE. All of these activities result in a much healthier body with less sickness. We often hear the phrase “I just feel better” with our DE users. This better feeling comes from all the junk being removed from the body and by giving our immune system the “jump start” it needs.
