I'd love to see a runoff. Rahm would lose. The minority vote will be the difference.

FTR, my husband grew up in Chi town, went to Fenger, and worked in Chicago for most of his life.He says he will never go back there, as it is a virtual police state nowadays. Bummer brain tumor. Amen on the police state. I'll tell you what though. When I travel in some neighborhoods, It's a reassuring site to see a police squad instead of a wild pack of teenagers storming your car (hypothetical of course). Rahm actually cut the police budget and you can see the results in gang related murders.
