I just checked a Jewish website that is reporting it and it seems that the gunman (a local aged 60) murdered 8 people then killed himself. Thus far it does not appear to be particularly Jewish related.

The shooter rang Czech station TV Prima shortly before the attack and spoke of his deadly intentions, according to reports.

He spoke to a journalist and complained he had been "hurt" by a lot of people but the authorities had not helped.

The man reportedly said "They're bullying me, I'm going to take care of this myself"

He then hung up.

It looks like this event is meant to condition the Czechs for gun control. Guns are popular in the Czech Republic and the country has a long history of gun and ammo manufacturers, so they may now be trying to steer public opinion towards "guns are evil".
