Well, just a little advice -- (if in the states) list yourself as an employee of your s-class corporation, thereby grant yourself a meager (dinner-expenses) salary, make your car and home (payments) company property, and then (as a benefit of being an s-class corp) reimburse yourself (with company funds) for any income-tax you pay at year end.
