Clear as day beginning at 7:30. Clouds are clearly in front before it comes into full view! I have seen this object before, and got few pictures and videos of it. To me is Nibiru, Hercolubus, Imaru, Wormwood, Destroyer, Purifyer ... you name it .. its there for all to see, if you want to ! The reason that you see 2 planets, is because of the filter, its the same when you look through a double glass window. I have seen this all the times with filters in front of the camera. When there is a cloud in front of the sun, you see the same cloud shape in front of the other sun / planet. so what is it? It's not behind the clouds, the clouds are going in front of the moon and will also be reflected in front of the filter flare. You can even see the lunar maria in the filter flare.
