Children’s Tylenol maker to plead guilty for knowingly selling tainted drugs

Where do we go to sue?
Where is the class action lawsuit?

With this, I doubt you could get much. Too many children to count, not much settlement to go around. Couple of dollars at best. This just makes me sick.

Not to be a stick in the mud here, but nickel, iron and chromium are all found in the human body and are used by the human body.
Not saying things that "fell in the mixer" at pharma labs are a good thing at all....but the actual harm here is minimal from what I see.

My point is to bankrupt them
