Too late,the west is seeing droughts even as far as Wa state now,the snow pack there is small this winter.

they built a desal plant in my state in response to drought.the drought ended before the plant was finished and i dont think its been turned on yet.

well they should stop letting in more ppl in and places disneyland, knott's etc. waste a lot of water washing down the parks every fucking night/morning

Always remember that droughts are caused by COLDER weather and freezing the north taking moisture out of the air. NOT "global warming".

yeah an as soon as they build it drought will break an epic monsoons will start.

very true neither will reverse osmosis ,filtration,or aeration. it will only decay with time.
