Take a step back and look at why the swings are so violent.
These swings are the equity extraction phase of the laundry cycle, where money and leverage are created and money changes hands.

The market is a money/leverage printing machine with a built in laundry system.

Everything is nice and clean when put through a trade.

It would be better if if was just heading in one general direction. Consumer confidence is schizo and without that the market is a time bomb especially with our monetary system saddled with enormous debt.

I watching platinum and to a lessor degree palladium fall with a smile on my face. I want to see sub $1000 platinum so I can buy a few ounces along with an ETF.

Internal combustion is not going away any time soon and the metals are already in supply deficits and unprofitable to mine at current levels.

This strong dollar surge smells funny.. and is not good for american industry at all might I add.. it only encourages industry to outsource to take advantage of manufacturing in countries that have 'weak' currencies like China... our strong dollar is good for fueling debt bubbles and getting people to buy our currency... to reinflate the ponzi scheme to new heights.. that's all a 'strong dollar' is good for...
