The hook on pretty much all vitamins is they are dead sterile nutrients, if they contain any actual organic compounds at all. This is very bad. Humans are designed to consume live or freshly killed or picked foods.
The whole industry is pretty much worthless and in this day and age you can easily get access to a balanced diet in this country.
I've stopped taking bottled vitamins long ago after finding out about what's actually in them and the havoc they can reak on a persons system.
So if you thing you need some vitimin C, eat an orange, you'll get plenty of that naturally occurring ascorbic acid that they claim will save you from scurvy. and you'll be far more healthy for doing so.
Supplements are a dirty, dirty business, stay away IMO.

They feed people rat shit and it's accepted by the FDA! So, we're all pretty much on our own. Word. Still trying to figure out "Folate as folic acid from cultured media." Anyone? Yes I know I've only waited about 5 mins but what does this mean? A little trick of their evil trade. Wordsmithing their way into convincing people to buy their poisons. If I remember correctly all that crap is made in one lab, I think in Connecticut, and if you want some ascorbic and probably folic acid you have to go thru them. Sure would be nice to know who owns that lab and the patents on these synthetic compounds passed off as foods.
