Okay I'll break down the situation.

Russian Strategic Aviation is surging to its Arctic airbases under the cover of this exercise. With aerial refueling this will enable Russia to commit dozens of strategic bombers armed with hundreds of nuclear cruise missiles to operations in North America. This level of forward basing is impossible to hide, but is vital to the war plans.

Add to this the mobilization of the Northern Fleet with its ballistic missile submarines, and the (ongoing) alert of 30 missile regiments of the Rocket Forces, plus the positioning of TU-22 bombers and Iskander systems to Crimea, Kaliningrad and Belarus, and we now see the ENTIRE Russian strategic nuclear forces on full combat alert.

For the first time since the 1962 Cuba crisis, I might add.

The more of these in Crimea the merrier.
