isn't that just the "ok" symbol? It's kind of like the "I love you" symbol being confused for devil horns. I don't know if putting too much weight into these "fads" that come along necessarily imply that these moronic media personalities really understand "why" they mimic these gestures and apply these symbols, i.e. pyramid signs and graphics etc.
