Well you see, when compartmentalized factions in rogue tyrannical governments funnel these types of weapons into the hands of their "assets" for FREE!! No red tape. While the citizenry has to jump hoops and overcome many obstacles just to get a pee shooter for his/her own protection.

I've never been to Sweden, and I'm truly sorry this is happening to the good people there. I'm sure all our countries with limited means of protection with firearms will find themselves in a similar state soon enough.
