So, yes, anybody can kill. Do you drive a car? It could happen one day in an accident. Do you have a uterus, then you could have an abortion. Did you join the military or are planning to? It goes with the job description. If someone ever hurt my kid bad, oh yeah it's on the table to do something. Everything depends on circumstances, and you get consequences for actions, yet, could anybody? Yes they could.

It's human nature to be able to be lethal. It takes civil determination not to do such a thing. I practice it daily, civility.
