Make sure to read the their patient agreement, where I went the fine print said they can report you to the authorities for things like "not following Dr. instructions, if they deem you are a threat to the president, etc." And yes it specifically said "the president".

You do not have to answer these questions -but when leaving the hospital and picking up a friend upon discharge the nurse told me its a $10,000 fine if they do not ask if you want a FLU SHOT!!! (and write it down)
This person had pneumonia and had had lung surgery - but they would have gladly given her a flu shot before leaving!!!!!
