Anywhere from a teaspoon to a tablespoon a day will do. In the capsule form, 2 to 4 a day. I've used if for several years now. If you miss a day or a few days even, you'll still be okay. You can find it just about everywhere now... Here's the brand I've been using: [link to www.amazon.com] |

Just internally. It's a very safe and effective anti-inflammatory. I've never heard of a side effect. I did a great amount of research before I used it. I used to use prescription pills before they became over the counter. Plus I was prescribed eye drops and an inhaler for decades. Now I only use this. |

Quoting: A Mommy Im allergic to most trees, and the pollen is really bad right now, and most days actually. My under part of my eyes are most affected. They are swollen and puffy, and dry, people think I look sick or spent the night crying :/ Im taking zyrtec but its not doing anything really, it helps the swollen passages so I can breathe, but nothing for my eyes. ANd eye drops havent worked either :/ I dont like meds so Id like to try something natural for allergies instead of trying a bunch of prescriptions :/ [link to www.godlikeproductions.com] |

Ha! Quoting: GFX guy I actually use prescription meds to hamper my overactive immune system so I quit having insane allergic reactions to everything. There has GOT to be a better way, but it's the only thing that has worked so far. I feel like a frigging experiment gone wrong. |

You should be able to get some at farmers market/fruit stand and some smaller grocery/convenience stores. The trick is LOCALLY produced, the honey needs to contain area pollens. Depending on your climate you may have to purchase seasonal honeys. One tablespoon a day. I have serious allergies I still have to take drugs, but honey lessens my symptoms, and at times of low triggers can sometimes get by on just honey. When my allergies were less severe honey alone controlled it. It's especially great for any sufferers who have the "sneezing fits", it will stop it almost instantaneously! Also safe for dogs. It may be better to simply use some eye drops designed for allergy sufferers rather than stepping up strength of drugs. Eye drops can be very effective in combatting red, itchy eyes. Personally, I didn't like flonase. It works on your nose, but also irritate bronchial airways, the side effects were disconcerting and it is most certainly not something I'd feel safe taking long term. IMHO. And the only thing which helps is the air purifier I got from [link to freshairpurifiers.net (secure)] last year. It creans the inside air from different particles of pollen and dust which helps me a lot. At leas, I can breathe from that time. How do you heal such allergy? |
