Jesus knew we would eventually become aware of our full potential and how long it would take, so he came here to plant a seed of wisdom ... his mission was to expose Death, as a trap to keep you retarded ... because when you are in Death, you can't progress, because you are not experiencing LIFE ... and experience is how we gain knowledge

we manifest death in our lives because that is what we were taught to do, but Ancient man lived for hundreds of years, and transfered his consciousness into new bodies, that Nature produces every tenth generation, which allows us to progress ETERNALLY ... and fulfill the purpose of our creation, which is to share the TRUTH with all the inhabitants of his Universe of Universes UNCONDITIONALLY

And that was the God of Moses and Abraham as context reveals. YHWH. And his disciples were all Jews. He also told them to do observe what the scribes and the Pharisees told them "because they sat in the seat of Moses". He also called Peter satan and told him to get behind him, because his will was contrary to the will of God. The Jews didn't even have a personified concept of satan, it just means adversary.
