Chewing raw garlic helps stop heart burn as well.

try some turmeric bloke...seems to fix everything else.

Why do you guys call people Block?

Spoonful of baking soda in a glass of water. Stir it up good so it dissolves. Baking soda is a base, it will neutralize stomach acid.

Thanks for the help. I have migraines/daily headaches. I take NSAIDS every day to keep the pain manageable. My guess is, that is what has caused the ulcer...sadly. One pain for another.

I read that this might help..but wondered if I could make myself chug that down.

Grapefruit Seed Extract aka GSE. It works!

Put approximately 10-13 drops in a bottle of water shake it well and drink. Do this 3 times a day. I have an ulcer and when it flares up this is what I do. I used to have to take Carafate which hurt worse than the ulcer before it eases the symptoms. GSE, while it taste bitter, doesn't cause me any additional pain like the Carafate did and it works in about the same amount of time. Just a few days to be completely symptom free.

You can get it at health food stores and it's very inexpensive. I paid around $20 for a 4 ounce bottle of Nutribiotic GSE holding 4,000 drops.

It is a Passion Flower. There are many commercially-available varieties, But, this particular one is a native plant in my area. The fruit it bears, I have heard referred to as Maypop.

I've already proved this...drink a 500ml bottle of "colloidal silver"

Baking soda works... It is why I use the medican Zegerid OTC as it has omeprazole ( same stuff in Prilosec) plus Sodium Bicarbonate ( baking soda) You get the instant cool of the soda and the 24 acid reducer as well. If you don't have Zegerid just use baking soda.
Also try placing some books under the top half of your bed post so your head is higher than your stomach.

i just want to add, our stomachs fully regenerate in 30 days.every cell is replaced.

now im wondering if lemon juice water (no sugar) would help an ulcer...even though its an acid, it doesnt act as one in the belly.
lemon juice pH balances the stomach.

that would have to help.

maybe a spoonful of coconut oil to ease any burning as well...that sure wouldnt hurt one bit.

Thank you! I ended up being able to get about 4 hours of sleep. I think two things are probably causing my ulcer....stress (which I need to work on!) and the fact that I have to take meds for my headaches every day. I am going to start being extra careful with what I eat before I go to bed at night, too...and raise my head up a bit when I sleep.

My long lasting stomach problems went away when I started drinking 2-3 raw organic eggs with milk every morning (I mix them well together) and making milk kefir at home [link to www.iherb.com] . Life feels much better now. I can even drink some coffee now without instant pain!

Apple Cider Vinegar will fix it instantly.

Take about 1/4 shotglass (2 Tablespoons) of it and shoot it.

Takes heartburn away instantly.

Just make sure to rinse your mouth out with some fresh water afterwards so it doesn't dissolve the enamel on your teeth.
