Be ready to reposition your 401K if we do happen to fall 7-10% and get back in.. play the technical analysis.. I'm in cash hoping we get at least 5% out of this one. "Fairly Valued" would be something like 16000 on the dow and 4000 on the nasdaq.. not gonna happen.. probably gonna stay way 'overvalued' for awhile. The lower stocks go, the lower the long bond yield will go.. record low 30 year yields and nice mortgage rates if we do have a more reasonable selloff.
