"Jen Mullin, a spokeswoman for Uber, said that the company requires its drivers to abide by all local and state firearm laws. NBC Chicago reports the driver had a concealed-carry permit" [ link to pjmedia.com]  Shotguns are not available for use with CCW. He violated the law, unfortunately. I believe he should be left alone. No citizen should need a permit to protect yourself. Perhaps you could tell us how he could conceal & carry a shotgun? in the trunk.
