Actually at the 10 minute mark they clarify that Mossad DID warn the US of an imminent attack, but did not share the specific info - which would have exposed how Israel gathered the info and that it was being done in the US. Israel did not want to expose it's intelligence gathering capabilities. Pretty understandable to me.
