I think Monatomic Gold is bad for the simple reason that it is an artificial creation and not "natural".
I'm certain the Creator has given us everything in a natural environment that we would need to be able to ascend. Since it is not naturally available and since it is not natural to eat gold (especially this kind of gold) in such quantities I'm sure we don't need, and therefore may even be damaging.
