Probably because they would be looking for a huge settlement from Baltimore. They're saying all the obligatory stuff about not wanting the riots, blah blah blah, to make sure they stay in everyone's good graces, but they're going to be filing the same suit that Mike Brown's family just filed when the dust settles, and this would damage their case.

As far as why it wasn't reported on, the media wants the riots, and they like the cause, and this information would only serve to diffuse them. Of course, the looters couldn't possibly care less, but they need a relatively sympathetic "victim" to give them the excuse to burn shit down and steal stuff.

Figures this would be another severely compromised poster child.

Yeah, it's not actually Breitbart, but a commenter who claims it's public info, but I can't find this info anywhere else.

I don't agree with all the media about Trayvon and Brown, but even though this guy had a previous injury, to walk him to the wagon, legs dragging and then not securing him is enough to know that this particular case deserves to be highlighted for intense revue.

That is all I know from what's been presented so far, but I don't hold strong opinions, anymore because it seems we're always lied to left and right and strung along.

If this is true, plus the fact that this was against medical advice this needs to be headline news.

If the spine surgery/settlement is true he shouldn't have been out scuffling with anyone. Probably should have been off his feet at all.
