Its a shame people are actually played to contrive this bullshit; obviously this rumor will die out in a fee days after absolutely 0 evidence is presented from either the state coroner (who obviously would've stated Freddy had a preexisting condition which was exacerbated by the shock troopers) nor Allstate, the insurance company.

Even if the kid did have some existing spinal injury that still doesn't mean a cop can try to break his back even more

So in a few fays when this rumor is dispelled, will you create a gif of a fat white basement dweller with a caption "whatever I say is true"

1. The mayor said he asked for medical attention... denied
2. He sounded in pain on the video of the arrest
3. One has an expectation that you will not be harmed by police while in custody

Freddy supposedly "ran" from police. How far did he run? How was he stopped?

The police can't possible know that a suspect has had surgery. Did Freddy say he just got out of surgery or just asked for medical help?

The officers were suspended. If they followed all proper procedures, would they be suspended?
Nothing from the coroner about surgery.

You know, Davvi, you bring up a very good point.

I've never given it much thought, but as a "white" kid (I never thought of myself as "white", I was just a kid) I was taught about the Law in a certain way. Mostly, it turned out that it was grown-ups who made and enforced the Law, and there was no "wiggle-room", the Law was the Law, and that's how it was.

Maybe "black" kids are taught differently about the Law. Maybe as THEY learn it, the Law is the Law THE WAY THE WHITE MAN SAYS IT IS. And if everything they learn is the WAY it is BECAUSE of the white man (over and over) it's no wonder that they grow up with a chip on their shoulder.

That is NOT an excuse, but rather a different way of approaching the situation. There still exists "The Brain" (which gets smarter as we grow up) and as black kids grow up logic says that they will realize that The Law was not invented just to inconvenience black people.

Or it SHOULD, anyway!

Secondly, ray is moaning in severe pain before his was lifted into the vehicle and was unable to use his legs the entire distance that the police dragged him.

IOW, the police should have stopped and requested an ambulance.

It's that simple. They effed up. They were apparently pretty callous about it if the story is true regarding how they didn't secure him to the bench like they should have.

But securing him would have been challenging due to his loss of motor control.
