It's a bust! Nothing happened at 6pm.. This was on that site yesterday - UPDATE: More information has serviced, and a story will be released at 6 PM EST Wednesday that blows the Freddie Gray settlement/surgery/car accident story WIDE open [ link to thefourthestate.co] [ link to thefourthestate.co] In his documents, Freddie Gray checked “work injury, medical malpractice and auto accident” as the type of accident. When asked to explain, he also wrote something that is unreadable. He also wrote something unreadable when asked if he was a minor when the case was settled.Ah, thanks MommaDukes! I was expecting to see the update on the same link. I can still say, they were wrong about their original claims though. That doc they showed was for lead poisoning. From your link.. Now, the allegation that Freddie Gray had spine surgery a week before his arrest cannot be completely proven to be true, or false for that matter. Sources continue to allege that this is the case; it may not have been major surgery, rather it could have potentially been one in a long line of surgeries resulting from a previous injury. Due to HIPPA laws, we likely will never know. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a history of back issues, though.But, this may be the reason he was found unconscious in the van after his thrashing about in it. You are very welcome.  Also take into consideration that one of the officers had his knee pressing into Freddie's neck. I had also seen the video, to which the above poster is referring. The slightest pressure in just the right way will do some serious damage; and if he was thrashing about in the van, was it because he may have been having a convulsion/seizure of sorts? Agree... too many things that could have happened during the arrest events to cause Freddy to be screaming in pain. Why is the question. Keep us updated if you find something!
