and theta freq. for atmos. research.

Entrainment is the direction I would go...Once the brain is entrained anything is possible
(goes back to the MK Ultra programs...and the use of LSD...marijuana...sodium pentathol...trying to control consciousness or make an actual Manchurian...using waves that mirror Delta or theta can induce trance and 'other worldly' experiences... encouraging entrainment to be calm-regardless of any intuition-using harmonics to keep the LID on, the cage in place...???

Have been monitoring the haarp site for a long while.
If their public graphic data is accurate and real time,
they are modulating their carrier freq. with VLF in the
delta and theta ranges. My curiosity is if this can
cause effects in populations like apathy etc.
Am also concerned about dna manipulation of junk dna by
same modalities. ie EPIGENETICS .
Have also been wanting to explore use of sofegial 528
to reverse some or all of the NEG effects.

Since they are using the delta and the theta Ion the carrier wave I would surmise that is to entrain...then as the agenda catches up they introduce other DATA that is foreign on that same wave-as your brain would already be entrained most the time you would be less likely to notice it-
it has already then established a communication port-hook it in with the grid and the RFID and yu are an automaton...for them...enhanced as they shall call it...for safety and security
