[link to uu.diva-portal.org] The full thesis is freely available as a PDF. I checked the publications and the research has been conducted with a grant from the Uppsala University. Tht means that it's all public money and no companies are involved in the funding. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69129043 that's why our elders used silver cutlery and other things which improved hygiene. Silver-plated doorknobs and such. That doesn't prove anything. Back in the old days sick people were bled to cure all kinds of diseases. The fact that it was a widespread practice doesn't make it viable. People have done a lot of useless shit. Heck, at some point placing a hot dung poultice over an open wound was standard treatment. No wonder people kept dying from injuries that would be considered minor these days. |

It enhances the most prevalent life force to give resistance to what is ailing it ( or introduces a temporary truce, so life stops harming the other). So if you give it to bacteria,it protects them. If you give it to a human, it protects the human from the viriiiiii or bacteria that is killing him/her. But that makes no sense unless you factor in life and intelligence at all levels. Is 'Question everything!' a good idea? (The Gödel take on conspiracy theories) |
