It's time to write the criminals in Washington again. Tell them this unconstitutional intrusion into our privacy needs to go away.

Guess the WHITE POWDER one-sided hysteria was getting stale.

At least it mainstreamed Cipro for pharma. Those were the days.

What happened to all those ghostly Al Qaida cells everywhere.

That got stale pretty fast despite numerous laughably conceived phlegmmy false flag hairballs "our" "gov't" coughed
up.

No attack for a while.

Firstnitmwill,expire

Then lots of chatter about ISIS. LOTS.

after a few months of building things to a fever pitch... Economic collapse in October.

Only then will there big a big ISIS thing of some sort.

This will be the one-two punch that will push us over the edge to martial law. But don't look for it to be called that.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68733195

This is the smarter play by them

all you fringe folk expecting an attack for validation of Pat Act don't seem to realize that when all of you expect something, they never go for it.

It is always something unpredicted, the above idea is CLOSER to what will happen

I think it will expire, NSA will have serious blowback unprotected by it

It will all look like "happy happy joy joy the people got a say" kinda thing - pushed back tyranny.

But, it's just another show for you

Not long after a MAJOR attack will occur, far worse in actual scope than 9/11

And then all the elite power players and their puppet politicians and talking heads will say "WOW - looks like we need the Pat Act and NSA and NDAA more than EVER. We learned our lesson. MORE CONTROL"

Yep.

Or rename it, wrap it another package and put it out for public consumption.

What I LOL'ed at was the recent judge saying the data collection under the PA was unconstitutional. Really? Three weeks before it was set to expire, and after how many years of the NSA running amok? And the judge recommended that the corporations that generated that data be the ones to retain said info so the data collection doesn't stop, it just shifts to a different database. Same hard to swallow pill, it just comes in a new improved capsule version as opposed to the old tablet version.

>Is it that no one knows what to do?

Yes, I think so.

The middle of the road American is a peaceful person. I think that is the normal state of humans.

We are confronted with a government which has turned murderous on us, and enemies within our communities who love violence and war.

It's hard for a person to wrap his head around that.

I believe it is counterproductive to call the peaceful American a sheep. We should care for our fellow citizens, whatever they believe. That was one thing that helped build our nation, was caring for and helping our fellows.

Now there is so much time spent in cursing and scorn for others. That is so divisive.

In the long run, how can that help us to deal with and defeat the enemies?

United we stand, divided we fall.

IntelCenter1: US: NORTHCOM issues FPCON BRAVO for all military bases due to jihadist threat
 Quoting: AltUpdateReport

FPCON BRAVO describes a situation with a somewhat predictable terrorist threat. Security measures taken by agency personnel may affect the activities of local law enforcement and the general public. (Must show two military base IDs at gates.) Force Protection Level I Antiterrorism Training defines FPCON Bravo as: FPCON Bravo applies when an increased and more predictable terrorist threat activity exists. Specific information suggests probable violence, but nothing indicates that this installation is targeted. Extra precaution is appropriate to deter terrorist planning. Additional measures may affect operational capability and relations with local authorities. You can expect stricter inspections of vehicles, deliveries, and ID checks. You will see a greater presence of guards on your installation.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 61744975

False flag terror attack that is. This is also to try and insure people like Rand Paul do not make it to the Whitehouse. That is ALL I have seen on the news, talk about how the NSA spying crap has kept us safe and the more Libertarian republicans are going to get us all killed. What a load of shit.
 Quoting: KimmieAnnaJones

I agree. They're getting their ducks in a row. The isis shooting in TX where Jade Helm happens to be was a complete set up, and I believe there will be more to come. They are already playing this game saying "Don't you trust our guys, our military? Why don't you trust your troops? You're spitting on us.." Liberal media is doing it's best to try and guilt the public over this, calling everyone fanatics.

The Patriot Act should never have been passed. It's abuse with the TSA, DHS, executive power grabs, and loss of freedom is the antithesis of America's foundational values.

The second amendment is America's original and still the best national security plan.

Goes back to the primary event, if that event were totally debunked in the minds of Americans there would be no way to pass any extension to the well-named patriot act (A bill to deal with patriots).
