Re: The VOID
Everyone is talented.

Point is what is working for you and what isn't.

Also, hobbies make life more enjoyable.

Loss of interest is a symptom of depression. If that is the case your therapist needs to be addressing that directly.

Have you been doing any reading?

I have very, very slowly made it past pg 100 of Wheel of Time, since last December. I only read bits when I'm working and customers are few.

I read the first maybe four wheel of time books. Good but a little slow to be honest.

When I first got here I read all the time. Lately though, nope. I need to get back into it.

I’m not super depressed, not in particular.

your generation's malaise is a product of over stimulation.

boredom like everything else has been used as a psychological tool in the pursuit of consumerism. lol

you've been trained to want! it's not healthy! lol

yes, but take for example a mountain climber who face the possibility of death. on a good physical day, those risk are minimized. but if that same mountain climber, attempts the same feat on a subpar physical day. taking that risk is just dumb. lol

Worth finishing - while it may be drawn out in some parts, Sanderson did an excellent job finishing the series.
Last couple of books certainly had more "pep" in their strp
