Anyone ever use one of these for sleep/anxiety issues? [link to www.amazon.com (secure)] Little worried that it might be bad for my dog, since he is a burrower and sleeps under the covers. I did some research and they do suggest weighted blankets can be dangerous for smaller dogs. They're kinda pricey so I wouldn't want to get one, just to be afraid to use it, for fear of my dog suffocating under it. Any thoughts? I don't really anymore. I became far more sensitive to imagery after.. Hemlock Grove was more brutal than I could stand, but I would just close my eyes..in the gross scenes. I watch a lot of Planet Earth. His voice soothes me. Second season of Disenchantment is also very decent. But you could get a 5 pound one With your weight, you should have a 12lb max. That is far too heavy for your weight ,according to all the charts. Too heavy for someone under 200lb. I could go between a 12lb or 15lb. I'm going to buy one. I decided. I will watch how he does with it and only use it on the couch. Difficulties strengthen the Mind as labor does the body... ~Seneca |

I watched it a few times yesterday, while making dinner. Kinda makes me want to watch it, but I have a feeling it's probably too violent for me. Which is why I avoided it. I've heard from many it is excellent. Are you talking about this? My partner has watched all these shows. I will ask him if he thinks it will be too violent for me and if he says yes, I skip it. I listen to him. It's one of the reasons I go to bed early, so he can watch all the shows and movies I won't. Difficulties strengthen the Mind as labor does the body... ~Seneca |
