I don't have any books. Just read it on Google and realized that is what I had been experiencing for a year, at that point.

It was difficult to accept it was most likely nefarious due it feeling so good. It took years of wrestling with the potentials.

What else I've wondered is how depressed are you? And how long have you been depressed?

I had childhood depression/PTSD from childhood. I went to an official counseling like one time and it didn't really help me.

So I had to compartmentalize not really suppress because I've worked through most of it to this point. Whatever other terms there are to help myself get through it, am I through it completely?

No I still have depression but it's not in control of me. The same goes for the PTSD I do not let it control me.

The lady was very cold and didn't have a lot to say she just wrote a bunch of shit down and then told me to leave.

It felt more like I was being interrogated and filling out a police report. Lol

And by the way I do not take antidepressants or anything like that I did try one in my late teens but I did not like how it made me feel, made me feel worse!

That was the only time I ever took pills for depression. All you really need and I truly believe this, vitamin D and positivity. But you have to stay on top of yourself, your mind.

You have to discipline yourself don't let anyone else hold that position over you and for you. You are your strongest advocate and you know you better than anyone else.

So it's up to you and it's not always easy there are many different types of depression and mental illness. And there is nothing wrong with getting help but you have to want to get help.

You have to realize there is a problem first. Being conscious of your thoughts, your negative thoughts and work on not triggering yourself. That's important for the healing process.

And don't say that none of this stems from depression because I know it does. The oppressive forces can come from your own mind at times. I understand where Dion is coming from when he talks to you about all of this. You need to go at this from all angles and all perspectives if you want to feel human again.

Im not depressed really. I feel pretty content with how my life is. I do get hopeless when I feel trapped by the energy and the PTSD that comes along with it.

I've tried to learn to live with it. Tried to balance it. Tried to banish it. Not sure what options I have left.

Well then it is mostly the PTSD that is triggering repetition. Which I know about that too. You have to rise above it I have told you all of these things in private before. And for a while it works but then the PTSD and or depression (not just a mental problem, a spiritual depression), oppression, openings come back again because you are triggered by something.

It is yes. The triggering opens me up and leaves me vulnerable I've known that for a long time, so attempt to avoid the triggers.
