Nah it was pretty traumatic and what made it worse is that I was attempting and have been attempting for years, to prevent it. Mostly hoping by appealing to common decency.

when someone is pulled by an opposite wish/or desire fulfillment seem out of reach.

it doesn't matter if the wish is attainable or not, the unresolved longing remains real to the psyche.

I set up every Saturday, next to a giant 'wishing well'.

I watch the kids throw their wishes in, on hope and a prayer..


I watch some steal the pennies, laying in plain reach.

Most don't...and the older ones that see the younger reach for other's wishes, often tell them otherwise.
