And yeah I wasn't sure if the salads would be a good idea for me. But I started craving them and decided to give it a try. What really helped was incorporating probiotics back into my diet.

I get the plain greek yogurt and will add it to different things I'm eating throughout the day. Mixing it with salad dressing. I put it in oatmeal for breakfast.

I know you have said before probiotics hurt your stomach. It might be a PH problem. I started doing lemon/lime water before bed. I think I figured out what it was for me.

My PH was off and I'm still working on fixing it. But it's the craziest thing. When I start to feel heartburn coming on I will do the lemon/lime thing and it will take it away.
