I usually take seroquel for sleep which knocks me out within 20 minutes. But I didn’t take it last night. That’s probably why it was difficult.
As to the anomaly threads, the shift from nobody to anomaly was my machination. So I’m unusually attached to it.
Quoting: Light of my Little Left Eye I recently started supplementing VitD. Sleeping well. I doubt it..and even if it was..so what? Time to move on from that.
