It's definitely easier to text. You don't have to have a continuous conversation and you don't have to be intimate by sharing your voice. I still like calls occasionally or with certain people but on the whole texting is less stressful.
Quoting: Light of my Little Left Eye True. I speak to 4 people on the phone, my parents, my brother, and my partner. End of list. Even then, it is near impossible to get a hold of me. I usually just let my phone battery die and not charge it until the following Friday for my work. I use it take it credit cards, otherwise, I never use it. More of an emergency thing. Ever since I went two months without my phone after first getting here I appreciate it way more. But of course I use it for this website a lot not having a computer here. I fall asleep to netflix on my tablet. My roommate moved out so I've had quite a few days with the room to myself. It's great. Lately I've been watching the great british baking show. I like how all the contestants help each other
