Manson didn't cross my mind.. Just finished watching this documentary. Couldn't find a trailer for it. It is on Netflix. [ link to www.imdb.com (secure)] Wanted to mention that this documentary has disturbing imagery and can be summed up pretty quick. The females of the cult, basically became sex slaves to the males of the cult, then were later to become 'prostitutes for Jesus' which they called 'fishing'. Then later as a group, turned their sexual appetites toward the children/teens as well. Pretty dark stuff. Sex is not love. The two have nothing to with each other, in my view. Speaking of sexual attraction.. The main woman in the Children of God documentary, covers this directly. She mentioned how the males were sometimes repulsive but the females still felt they had to abide by the rules of the group. She had 7 children by the time she left the cult and her oldest born outside the cult, was dead.
