You also need tell your therapist. If they can't monitor your true addiction to starving yourself..then what good are they?
FWIW..being you told me where you are, I can call them and tell them directly you are repeating old patterns.
The anxiety needs to be better managed as well, along with monitoring your eating.
Rehab is enormously expensive. You should also respect that.
