I don't remember every detail. It just happened as I became more aware of it, becoming more apparent as time roll. My forehead didn't pulse or I don't remember it occuring.
Once or twice. Most clips don't have closed captioning so I don't watch often.

Hi Seer, I almost always have some pressure in the third eye area. I consider it a sign that the energy is working. It is involved with a short prayer and breathing thing I do upon waking every day. When I am more deep in my meditative practices things get more active around it.  When it first started for me..it was a tingling. Then a pressure. The pulsing is advanced. Now I can move it, and shape it, and interpret it. It is extremely dynamic. You can push on the air directly outside, and moves like putty. Like soft play doh. You can feel it. You can move it..by pushing and pulling in all its different aspects. Breathing is big aspect of it. A major one. Sounds really cool. I don't have a sense of control of it like that. I remember having some realization before how the energy is one with the directed mind sort of, but I haven't been spending much time with it lately. When I do I can be going through some major detox. Like the forehead is filling is up like a balloon of bliss, but it is overwhelming and making me feel nauseous.
