When will you stop charging? How much is a full charge of energy?

I don't know you if you felt the connection with me.. but my hands went numb while I was meditating on something. I read this thread earlier tonight and didn't think I'd end up participating. I was trying to cleanse my soul of a dark shroud of anxiety, depression, self-doubt, anger, and envy that had been looming over it for some time... partly from myself tainting it, and partially from what I believed was shared energy with someone else.

My soul was far to weak to cleanse it on its own. I ended up having to call on whatever divine entities from the positive spectrum, or light, that would lend me some aid. I ended up feeling an immense tingling in my chest which proceeded to build and move up to my throat. I ended up somewhat violently coughing it up, and was overwhelmed with a chill all over my body. We're also not using the AC in our apartment right now so it felt really comforting.

Maybe if you didn't directly feel it, just me knowing it was out there allowed me to pick up on some residual left overs, who knows. I may not be done with what I have to do, but are we ever?

Well i had the spirits help bring the energy to you guys. So much energy channeling my arms are numb. I can place the energy into objects as well. This is the most numbness i have felt yet... both my entire arms went numb im used to feeling my face and hands go numb from meditating but tonight ny my arms went numb!!!

I will channel a bright ball and have it explode, feel for the sock waves

awesome yes that energy you felt was from me I felt your pain in the form of a punch to the face.., Why so negatively low?

It's difficult to explain in full detail. A lot of it came from jealousy, over something I really shouldn't have been jealous over in the first place. Which in turn, made me start to avert most everyone who even remotely had an interest in me, adding to the self-doubt and personal attacks on my soul. I feel I should do more cleansing though, I think some parasite was even attached to my soul.

I wouldn't doubt a punch in the face is going to try and come my way though, that was ironically put.
