Robin Sage is the last phase of training for new U.S. Army Special Forces soldiers. It has been going on for about 50 years on a regular basis, since all new SF soldiers must complete it to be awarded their green beret and SF tab.
Jade Helm may in fact be something to be alarmed by, but jumping at every shadow doesn't help.
