Repeat 10 times for each side. Our constant sitting position atrophies the muscles which pull on your lumbar region causing subluxations Be sure and get enough real salt (Pink Himalayan or seas salt); your muscles need salt for proper electro/mechanical function |

Thanks but no thanks. inversion tables only give you temporary relief as your body weight is the secret with these type of tables. You stretch your spine which opens (ever so slightly) the joint between vertebras and as such the impingement of nerves. Your best bet is to see a Chiropractor he/she will put your spinal column back to where it should be. You would likely need a follow-up visit as the lower back muscles continue to pull on that joint pulling it out of place once again. 2 or 3 visits would be all you would likely need |
