National Emergency "Test" Sirius Satellite Radio

Yesterday I was driving and heard an emergency signal break through. I usually don't think twice, but this one caught my attention because I was listening to Sirius Satellite radio, and this has never happened. It was a 'test' of a "National Emergency" system. I've had Sirius for years, and have never, ever heard anything like this. It did not mention weather, or anything specific, just what we would hear in case of a "National Emergency." It definitely got my attention!
It's just strange with all of the other weird tv and text warnings lately of the same nature.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone else caught it? It was around 11:00am or so EST. I've been a long time reader here, and I enjoy what you all provide, but this is my first post. Go easy on me! :)
