Im confused.. City water is already treated sewage water.. At least up here it is and we are surrounded by a ton of fresh water.

Incidentally, Liverpool in England (where the Beatles come from) has and never has had ANY sewage plants. Raw sewage from Manchester and Liverpool is poured straight into the Mersey which floats out into the Irish Sea. From satelite photos, one can see a flat area of the Irish Sea for a radius of 50 miles where nothing but plankton and slime live, living on the Mersey turds.
