Pets Acting Weird for Earthquake on May 28th
Usually before an earthquake happens, animals/pets act really weird since they cant sense it. Does anyone have cats or dogs and living in California that are acting weird lately?

Re: Pets Acting Weird for Earthquake on May 28th
You can check the lost and found pet ads in LA Times, Fresno Bee, SF Chronicle. When there is a sudden dramatic increase in those ads, it's a possible indicator of an imminent quake.

When I lived in Cali (50 miles east of San Andreas central locked segment, 20 miles north of the white wolf/garlock/big pine fault zones) I had a golden retriever who would sniff the air in a certain direction, then go to a certain corner of the dining room and make himself as small as possible. Within 12-24 hrs we would have a quake (usually) epicentered in the direction he sniffed.

Just saying.

I'm not near Cali but my dog doesn't want to go outside which is really weird for him. I've had to coax him out the door all day, usually he runs out. I dunno, maybe he's just afraid of the wasps like I am. They're everywhere. hiding

So... On the eve of this supposed earthquake... I come home into m apartment building to find a bird perched by my doorstep. Inside the building. Never happened before. It's pretty scared too. I'd post a pic on here but I'm not sure if you can. The feeling here in San Diego is, odd and eerie to say the least. And it's just getting more intense. I wasn't really a believer until I walked up and saw this, WHILE I was messaging a friend about the whole ordeal and all of the coincidences. Maybe I should start driving... *nervous laughter*

Birds and other animals can sense FAR more than we humans. If anything is coming, they will be our sign.

"Its crude from an oil seep. Lots of oil is in the faultlines offshore of SoCal. Once in a while you get a small quake offshore and it releases some crude. The deep, cold water solidifies it as a tar like blob and then it floats ashore.

Its all natural and has been going on pretty much forever."

Makes sense.

Good to see the quality of pinned posts on GLP continues to decline. Guess its just based on the potential to increase ad clicks these days.

I don't even remember where the May 28th thing came from, but there is no way in hell people can know the date and location of an earthquake. I know it's kinda fun to think and guess..oh whatever...so freaking boring. Like watching a movie about the Titanic for the 100th time and pretending you don't know how it's going to end.
