Did you know that the US government is using weather modification to protect the city of houston?
The Government or whoever is using weather modification to protect houston from rain. Yeah we got hit one night when it didn work or they were sleeping on the job. However if you pay attention day after day the storm just magically break apart and move around the city. Yes I know this is a normal weather pattern to an extent but never before have i seen LARGE powerful storm just drop off radar right as they head to a populated area. If houston got the inch or 2 every day that is popping up then the flood on Memorial day would have been much worse. Then the days following would have added more and more. One day soon they will fail to protect the city and all hell will break lose.

thunderstorm formation over central Texas, sending
1/2 of it into OK and AR and the other 1/2 down at
Houston.

Storms break apart like there was an invisible dome over the city. It doesnt make any sense. How could a storm loose energy as it moves into moisture. It should get more powerful not less.
