When the moisture filled air goes over a Hot spot, a city, it won't get to the dew point which would allow it to rain.

Here's what I HAVE noticed about some kind of protection around Houston, ever since Fukushima. I lived there until fairly recently and kept family, especially those with children, updated on our radiation dosages and the potential need to keep kids and dogs inside as much as possible on bad radiation days.

For the couple of years afterwards, there were daily and weekly maps showing radiation flowing over North America from Japan. For an entire three years the radiation miraculously veered AROUND only the Houston area, except for a very few days--less than a total week's worth of serious radiation Other areas got slammed, and still do.

I paid close attention to this and compiled lists of helpful vitamins and supplements to counter radiation effects. And stocked up on the remedies. (GLP member Emerald Eye had the best posts on this topic!)

No explanation; been reluctant to mention it for fear somebody would say "Well that needs to be fixed"

The blacks from NO were moved to Houston after Katrina.

They are Obama's favorite citizens even though they never invested in their own housing. Therefore Obama will protect them and be happy to hurt the established property owners in Louisiana.

Yeah, that Neocon creep Gov. Rick Perry actually invited them! Over 100,000 of them. Crime rates soared; took a few years to get the criminally inclined locked up and off the streets. Many are gone now.

That was sure a weird storm that hung over Louisiana the way it did. Was even circulating, the way a hurricane does--only in the opposite direction!

LA residents are pointing out all the levees and dams that the Army Corps of Engineers had planned for the flooded areas and were approved but were stalled on funding for the past 8 years. (plenty of money for illegals & 'refugees', though)

Obama has a lot to answer for.

I wouldn't doubt it if they weren't using some sort of weather modification to protect my neighborhood. Every time a really bad storm tears the area up I can see the storm literally split in two to go around my neighborhood. I've seen it on the doppler radar too..its absolutely crazy.

Right AFTER DWH blew out a deep powerful tropical storm was bearing down on the Texas coast.

As it hit the coast it just evaporated. Absolutely no rain at all. Not even clouds, poof!

In the 90's they parked TS charlie over Del Rio Texas for 8 hours straight. It was moving normally and then abruptly stopped and just spun in the same exact place for 8 hours. It killed people when the creek inside the city flash flooded.

I have little doubt that they can direct, stop or kill tropical storms and hurricanes.

This happens in the town I live in... The rain will split into two storms just to go around my city and if it doesn't do that it just fades away 5 miles before reaching us. There is nothing special about my city of about 25k... but I do live right net to an air force base... about 9 miles to my southeast... just something to think about. It did this the entire summer right up until the rains that flooded Louisiana. That moisture moved up into my state (arkansas) and we got several inches. But that was the first time all summer we actually got rain.

Out here in Texas we got 8 out of 9 days of good rain. Close to 8 inches of rain, maybe more, idk. I'll have to recheck. I think it broke the drought that has been here for a decade.

What they do in Phoenix is they spray the aerosols right in front of the storms fronts and voila, no storms. Even when given a 45 percent chance of rain, these GIANT aerosols which only appear in front of the storms...all the other flights at same elevation are not leaving these..so F Off shills - these storms fall apart. Aluminum is put in underarm deodorant for a reason..to eat up moisture. Aluminum Oxide does the same. This is a manufactured drought for sure.
