Thanks. I am so scared with the cracking noise of my neck, on the Internet they say it might be dangerous and my panic disorder doesn't help either.

Of course I will seek medical advice as well, but somehow I always end up with uninterested doctors.

BTW, if there is someone that can lift a curse/hex or whatever it is, you can try. :) I really feel that a "friend" did some things on me years ago as my life was never the same after we had fallen out.

I am kinda feeling it might be more important for you to completely release all blame you are sending into the world.

Over the next week, Please take a pen and paper and write down all of the times you are holding something outside of yourself, as being responsible for your circumstances.

Just write it down, and then let it go for a bit.

At the end of the week, read what you have written down, and see if you can find a pattern.

Also - take some time to go into details of feelings involved with this burnt bridge between your "friend" and yourself.

Very good friends or so I thought.
I didn't blame him at all. I just moved schools as he was making me skip classes. At the new school everyone was mocking me. Then I moved again and there the really vile mocking started.

I agree: thyroid problems, digestion issues, back pains, spine curvature, bad luck, anxiety, depression. All these things developed after I left that school and friend. Before that I was really healthy. Only prayer and affirmations helped me... temporary.

Skip the other stuff - didn't realize you were so young.

Sorry you had to move - that is rough. Your stress is basically strangling your inner organs and spine - and the channel energy flows down.

You have to focus on relaxing your body....stretching...take up some gentle yoga - super super beginner - and some deep breathing exercises.

Get outside and put your feet in the dirt. or water.

Figure out what helps you to relax.

Do body checks several times a day. Notice how you are standing, where you are tense. If your shoulders are scrunched in, etc...

Long deep slow breaths.

Concentrate on you and finding what makes you happy. Everything else will fall into place after that.

The "healing" is just faking the problem solving.
To avoid pain and suffering is to run from own responsibilities of correcting yours an your family ancestors' bad actions and thoughts - name them sins.
With demons working to give kind of relief you become a servant unknowingly giving to them the right on enslaving your soul.
May be "nice" in the biological shape you see now but won't last long; the eternity is "prepared" and you will not change the "choice" you're actually put in your life, to deal with demons.
The advise some reckless individuals are giving you have one target - to gain you toward Satan world.
And the "philosophy" they share is you to lie yourself by denying your own soul identity (uniqueness) in exchange with something you are not - nothingness.
Be strong and do not mix this shit of darkness with the dignity of the true, clear faith in Jesus Christ.

Also - I have to acknowledge some truth. Reiki is helpful, but nothing, and I will repeat nothing should ever take the place of you finding your own inner healer. Do not put your health in the hands of anyone other than self. Though do ask for help when needed. And your honoring all modalities of healing, is wise.

It was just "remembered" by the doctor who brought it back in our time.

I asked another psychic and they told me the same thing about that ex friend. Apparently it is not really magic, but he has very strong energy that put a hex o me when we separated years ago. They say curses don't work if you don't believe in them but I didn't during the first 12 years.

I have Chronic Pain and other health problems.

I have found that I breathe really shallow and sit, stand in strange positions.
This makes the pain WAY worse.

Well I didn't believe in any things like that for like 12 years! Yet everyone hate me. It was when I started doing cleansing rituals and prayers when things eased.

This friend was one of those narcissistic bad boy kind of guys. For some reason most of my friends were like that (I am goody-goody). The psychic told me that he got mad as I escaped from his orbit and cursed me with his thoughts.

The only positive thing I get out of this experience is that I learned to spot narcissistic people like that and cut them out of my life before we are getting too friendly.

The worst symptoms are constantly over-thinking, the feeling of fear/dread, songs stuck in my head and talking to myself in my head.

I was raised by my narcissistic, verbally abusive mom.
In my teens, i often cried in bed at night each time my
mom shout hurtful words at me.
God knows how much i suffered.

Although i live hundreds of miles away from her for
many years now, she still calls me and say negative

Uhhhh, vitamin D deficiency can make you really sick and cause all kinds of problems, including some of the ones you named. Google it. Research it. Since you already have the diagnosis from a test, you should get a good D supplement and some sun ASAP. (Also research sun and vitamin D).
