Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69466377 Your body is 90% water, and runs on electromagnetism. You respond to the moon just like the sea, and plants. Really? I do have some vibration in my left leg, a lot. It is similar to having a phone in my back pocket and when my leg does it, I always reach back to see if my phone is in my pocket. When it's not, I seriously doubt myself that I even felt a vibration. Can you expand on your comment please? Id like to know more. |

Quoting: qurint Mine has happened for over 2 yrs now. Its weird. I just dismiss it or try to mentally record what I'm doing when it happens. Sometimes I'm walking around the house and other times I'm in bed. I first recognized it while laying down. I kept thinking there was a phone somewhere. It is not something I've heard anyone else talk about, except GLP. |

But people who "feel shifts," especially at night, are usually feeling the movement of the moon. I recommend picking up an Old Farmer's Almanac, and when you "feel a shift," take a look at the position of the moon. Often times, it comes during an actual lunar shift. I feel the shift in my upper back, forehead, and in my general energy levels. You might feel it in your leg, you might have a problem with your leg, or both. Most leg issues are linked to the lower spine. Your nervous system is a big electromagnetic communication system. Shifts in lunar magnetism affect your body just like it affects the fertility of planted crops. But the Almanac is cool anyways, I highly recommend getting one. They are only a few bucks. |

And it can very well be stress, but I like thinking outside the box. I am having a lot of anxiousness with it too. Almost like everything that has worked for me for 5+ yrs, is not now. Dizziness was also written off as not eating healthy, but I know my body. Its unexplainable. |

I do have lower back issues, it was last night at 9:35 pm CST. I'll get a Farmers Almanac today. I had a headache all day yesterday (a doosy of one, the ones that have your neck, upper back, etc. all stiff). |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 27004391 ![]() 07/21/2015 11:14 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ![]() It doesn't sound bad or anything like that. In fact Op said they felt awesome. ![]() When you meditate your bioelectrical levels rising, in say your brain, and nervous system. At night before you sleep and in the morning right after you awake, you begin to meditate, your brain waves rise and your body can go into another state of being. You feel different and think differently at these times. When you meditate during the day through thought concentration, listening to music, doing things you enjoy a lot, you can meditate and your brain waves will rise just like in the morning and at night. You can truly feel the difference and experience a true feeling of enlightenment. You can concentrate on a level you couldn't do while in beta waves. Reaching up into Alpha, Theta and finally Delta wave levels during advanced meditation. Thought proccess happens at an accelerated rate. It happens because our brains go into higher levels of brain waves at these times. Our minds most of the time are in beta waves during the day. But you can cause your brain waves to go up into Alpha waves in the day by meditating. Even up into Theta waves and Delta waves when physical attachments disappear and you feel a sense of being out of your body, an out of body experience. This is a deep trance-like state. It's easy to learn about. Just study brain waves. Look at some pictures and charts talking about brain waves on google images or something like that. It is something wonderful to learn about. The science of meditation. It is a truly wonderful experience as well. ![]() |
