Did anybody suddenly start having terrible cell phone service over the last couple of weeks?

Last couple of weeks cell phone service took a dive - I've been with verizon for...before it was even verizon...air touch?

Anyway - never really had any problems until the last couple of weeks...what's going on?

Same here. Couldn't even get 3g at times.

So bad the the woman's phone actually refuses to make calls now. More than half the time inbound calls to her just go to voice mail.

Mine is slightly better but only slightly. If it weren't for the interwebs our phones would be worthless paperweights.

Was going to find new service. Now I am wondering if it is worth it to do so.

Yes Att drops my calls more now in the last two weeks or no signal.

A very large fiber trunk was dug up south of Houston. Owned by AT&T and used by verizon. Cut the system capacity greatly.

I haven't noticed it being any worse than normal, but I only use my tracphone a couple times a month for a few minutes at a time really maybe.

My mother has complained that she and her friends have had problems though; they hang on the phone all day because, old women.

Sprint here. My phone sucks as an actual phone. Internet and texting are fine.

Yes, I even got a roaming notification the other day. I have Verizon and that has never happened to me before

Yes I'm on Telus . The signal is dropping so I have to move around to get a bar to come up.

A Telus guy knocked on my door asking me to switch to their internet. I said no your internet sucks. Not that that means anything. He just struck me as shifty

My phone does it during solat activity I've noticed.

It's the sun doing it. Causes quakes too
