How is this the UN troops' fault?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68035271 It's not, if you work under the assumption that UN troops are there to exchange taxpayer-funded aid for sex with locals they are supposed to be there to help. If they're supposed to be there to actually help people, and not turn suffering disaster victims into cheap prostitutes, though, it's a bit of a problem.
